April 27-29 Hot Dog Roast (we supply the hot dogs) & Chili Cook off (you supply the chili)
May 4-6 Sweet Retreat Weekend- Everything candy; including a flash light lollipop hunt
May 11-13 Mother’s Day Weekend- Wine & Cheese tasting & kids will make mom a gift. Kim Raymond will be doing Massages ($); you can sign up in the office
May 18-20 Laid Back Camping Weekend-bring your favorite board game or puzzle & snacks. Gather your friends and neighbors and we’ll have a great time
May 25-27 Memorial Day Weekend/Beach Party- Flip Flop craft/Flip Flop Toss, Limbo contest, DJ, Hay rides, Flag Ceremony and more!
June 1-3 Crazy Hat Weekend-Can you come up with the craziest Hat???
June 8-10 Camouflage Adventure Weekend-Tug of war, bucket brigade and more
June15-17 Fathers Day/Race Weekend –Bon Voyage or sink city (bring cardboard & duct tape) Dad’s & Kids will make boats to set sail in the pool and DJ/ karaoke
June 22-24 Schools out for the Summer Weekend- Dodge ball, scavenger hunt. Half off slush puppies all day Saturday
June 29- 01 Video Game weekend & GPC pot luck Dinner-Video Bowling tournament and other fun interactive video games. We will also have a potluck and your dish has Start with a G, a P or a C because it is a GPC (Gateway Park Campground) Potluck. Example dishes Garlic chicken, Potato salad or Cheese cakeJ
July 6-8 Fourth of July/Groovy Weekend- Tye Dye (bring a shirt & we will the supply dye) Glow parade, DJ and much more!
July 13-15 Me & My Pet Weekend- Make a balloon dog, best pet trick and owner /pet look alike contest
July 20-22 S`more Fun Weekend- All things S`more and Yum!
July 27-29 Superman Birthday Bash Weekend- Wear your super hero costume and compete in Faster than a speeding bullet, leaping tall buildings & Super Villain tie up games. We will also have Superman Ice cream Cones!
Aug 3-5 GPC Camper Olympic Weekend
Aug 10-12 Wet and Wild Weekend- Water balloon basketball and much more. Bring your water balloons and squirt guns and plan to get wet!
Aug 17-19 NASCAR Weekend- We will have a DJ with a Black out Dance Party
Aug 24-26 Mid Summer Night’s Fright- Ghost Stories, marshmallow roasting and a Night time Hay Ride
Aug 31- 02 Labor Day/Oldies (50’s & 60’s) Weekend- We will have old fashion kids games and Crafts, a Golf Cart Drive in Movie and the Burial of Old Man summer with free Root Beer Float Social to follow
Sep 7-9 Fall Football Weekend- Paint your face & dress in your teams colors, cheerleading competition, flag football and we will have a tailgate style potluck dinner
Sep 14-16 Grandparents Weekend- Grandparents can visit for free and kids will make a craft with or for their grandparents
Sep 21-23 Craft Weekend- Kid’s and Adult ($) Crafts
Sep 23-29 Hillsdale County Fair
Oct 5-7 GPC Great Pumpkin/ Halloween Weekend- Build a Scarecrow Contest, Trick or treat, Great pumpkin hunt, pumpkin painting, haunted forest and much more!
Oct 12-14 Closing Weekend
All activities are subject to change. If there is a ($) there will be a cost for the activity. Please bring your own place settings to Potlucks.
